Current International Shipment Delays Due to COVID-19
The USPS is currently experiencing shipment delays for international orders. Please make sure that your country is still receiving mail from the US prior to placing an order. Delays and suspensions change frequently; however, more information on such delays can be found here.
Despite countries explicitly affected in the USPS link above, there have been major delays in general with international mail movement and tracking updates. Please note this when placing an order during this time as we are not responsible for any delays or disruptions in shipping.
When will my order ship?
Our current processing time can always be found in our announcement header at the top of all pages and in your order confirmation email. Typically our processing time is 2-3 weeks; however, during sales it can be longer.
Can you combine orders to save on shipping?
Due to the processing of orders, we cannot accommodate combined shipping requests at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to request a cancelation to an order it must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Can I return or exchange?
Due to the nature of the items, items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I change my order shipping address?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate address changes. Please check to make sure that your address on file is correct before placing an order.
Can I change my order?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be altered - items cannot be added or taken off. Please look over your cart before purchasing to make sure you are purchasing the items that you wish to purchase.
My order hasn't moved, what should I do?
Once items are within the USPS system we cannot control your package. There can be major delays in tracking updates. If there is an issue with your tracking status, please contact USPS as they will be able to assist you better. If there has not been a tracking update in 2 weeks for domestic orders, or 30 days for international orders, please feel free to contact us to see what can be done.
Coupon code/PR codes?
Coupon codes cannot be combined. In addition, coupon codes cannot be retroactively applied to your order.
PR Freebie Policy
PR names must be written in the notes to seller to receive their freebie. Only freebies active at the time of purchase will be added. Maximum one PR Freebie per order. If you leave multiple names, we will choose one randomly. If you forget to mention a PR name, we cannot retroactively add it to your order.
There can be delays in tracking and items held up in customs. Please be patient as your package is processed through the US and your country's customs clearance. Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees and other taxes on their package. We will not alter the value of your order for you on customs forms or mark as a gift in order to evade customs charges. Customs forms will reflect the cost of the item(s).
